Exactly you need muscle. That is the main componant to it. I'v played against all the wide receivers at my school and I'm better then all of them. Some of them may be faster but they can't catch to save their life. Maybe my school's team just stinks. O and It doesn't take that long to get fast. I run track, I would know. As for QB and kicker, those are the only positions I have respect for because those are the hardest positions. O linemen don't move much. There is one thing they have to know and thats don't let the defensive end or tackle get his hands to your chest. D linemen do have to be able to have a quick first step and agility but that can be solved in the weight room. And besides how many many people can throw a baseball over 100 mph. Now that takes alot of time practicing and not much time in the weight room. Also there was a study that showed the hardest thing to do in all sports was to hit a baseball.
